RTO Set ups – working with clients to set up their RTO. We create the templates, policies and procedures, get the application ready, prepare for the site audit, guide and coach clients through the process form beginning to end.
Development of accredited courses – working with the client in their field of expertise we develop all of the necessary documents and submit for accreditation with ASQA. We have successfully developed and had accredited courses in a wide range of qualifications including Orchid Growing, Life Coaching, Document Control, Wedding and Events and Payroll, from Certificate II through to Diploma level.
Audits – RTO Consulting conduct site and desk audits providing feedback to the RTO regarding the opportunities for improvement and necessary rectifications.
Assessment validations – RTO consulting review assessments and provide written validation reports.
Support services – we provide ongoing support for RTO’s providing a helpline for questions and support people to assist with reviews of documents, policies and procedures. We can provide as much or as little support as the RTO requires. Though an initial consultation we establish the clients ongoing needs and create a monthly plan that ensures that staff have access to the support the needs of the RTO.
Professional Development – RTO Consulting provide professional development sessions to the public and in house for RTO’s designed specially to meet the needs of the RTO.
Assistance with non-compliances – following an external audit client’s often struggle to interpret the audit report and establish what actions need to be taken to address identified non-compliances. RTO Consulting can interpret ASQA audit reports and provide an clear action plan to address non-compliances. We can even assist in undertaking the actions required to address the non-compliances.
